The Digital SAT

SAT Prep for Denver Students

In Colorado, every public high school junior takes the SAT during the school day. The PSAT comes first, in 9th and 10th grade. That gives Denver families a clear timeline. PSAT results show where a student stands, and the 11th grade SAT is the test to prepare for. Our tutors work 1-on-1 with each student, never in a group class, so the plan follows your student's own results.

We meet students in person in Denver, Greenwood Village, Cherry Hills Village, Highlands Ranch and Littleton, and online for families in other parts of the area. We have served families since 2011. After every session, the tutor writes feedback on what was covered and what's next, so you can follow along. Your first hour of tutoring is free, a low-pressure way to see if the fit is right.

SAT prep sessions meet in person in Denver, Greenwood Village, Cherry Hills Village, Highlands Ranch and Littleton, with online sessions for families in other parts of the Denver area.

Meet your SAT tutor at home, at a nearby library, or at a coffee shop in the Denver area; you choose the meeting place when you book. Online sessions use Zoom and a shared whiteboard.

Your Path to a Higher Score

How It Works

  1. 1

    Plan on a free consultation

On a free 30-minute call by phone or Zoom, we review your student's starting point, goal, test date, and schedule, then recommend a program.

  2. 2

    Find the points being lost

Your SAT tutor uses full-length practice tests to see exactly where points are slipping and which skills will move the score most.

  3. 3

    Train, then reassess

One-on-one sessions target the highest-impact skills, and regular practice tests guide adjustments. After every session, your tutor writes feedback on what was covered and what's next.

Before You Choose

Package Questions

Is a package a commitment?

Yes. A test prep package is a commitment to the hours you buy (see our program terms). That's why we start with a free consultation and a free first hour, so you can be sure before you commit.

Are the timelines fixed?

No. The weeks shown are typical, not deadlines. Sessions are scheduled around your student's calendar and test date, and you can reschedule for free with at least 6 hours' notice.

What if we finish early?

Keep unused hours as store credit at your package rate, or take a refund: we re-price the hours you used at the rate they qualify for (a smaller package or pay-as-you-go) and refund the difference.

  • Bought: 48 online hours ($4,800)
  • Used: 20 hours, re-priced at $120/hour = $2,400
  • Refund: $2,400, or $2,800 in store credit
Do practice tests use package hours? No. Your student takes full-length practice tests on their own in College Board's Bluebook app, so they don't use package time. Your tutor reviews the results with them in regular sessions.
How do we pay? Pay in full by card, or spread the cost over 12 months with Affirm, subject to approval. Rates and terms are shown in the note under the packages.
Where do in-person sessions happen? The first session meets at a public place near you, like a library or coffee shop, chosen when you book. After that, your tutor can come to your home, or you can switch to online. Meeting places around Denver.

★★★★★
A belated thank you to Liz for a semester of math tutoring. She essentially taught all of Algebra Honors II. My child received an A in the class and scored in the 99th percentile of the PSAT.

Frequently Asked Questions

Colorado public high schools give the SAT to every 11th grader during the school day, after the PSAT in 9th and 10th grade. A student can use 10th grade PSAT results to see which skills need work, then begin 1-on-1 SAT prep with the 11th grade school-day test in mind.

We tutor SAT in person in Denver, Greenwood Village, Cherry Hills Village, Highlands Ranch and Littleton. If you live elsewhere in the area, sessions can happen online, with the same 1-on-1 format and written feedback from the tutor after every session.

No. Every session is 1-on-1 with your student's tutor, never a group class. That lets the tutor focus on the sections and question types where your student loses points, rather than moving at a class pace. Your first hour of tutoring is free, so you can see how it works before deciding.

New families always get the first hour of tutoring free, and it never counts against a package. So even when you enroll in a program, the free hour is on top of it: a 12-hour package is really 13 hours of tutoring, a 24-hour package is 25, and so on. It's a no-risk way to meet your tutor and make sure it's the right fit before you commit.

For in-person sessions you choose what's most convenient, your home, a local library, or a coffee shop, at the same price either way. We tutor in person throughout the Denver area, and online anywhere in the U.S. Once you're matched, you and your tutor settle on a regular spot that works for you both.

The whole test, not just the math. Our SAT program is comprehensive: we cover every section, Reading and Writing and Math, along with overall test strategy, pacing, and endurance. We build the plan around the areas with the biggest impact on your student's score.

We hire only the top 5% of tutor applicants and train them to become High Performance Certified, vetted for subject mastery, teaching ability, and personality. And unlike companies that just hand you a name from a directory, our tutors work as a team: they share notes and coordinate behind the scenes, so switching tutors or getting help across multiple subjects stays seamless. You're not getting a random tutor, you're getting one of the best, backed by a whole team.
