Service Providers / Vendors
We use trusted third parties such as:
These providers may access your information only as needed to perform services on our behalf.
Advertising Partners
We use the Meta (Facebook/Instagram) Pixel to measure the effectiveness of our advertising and to help Meta deliver and optimize our ads. Meta may receive information about your visit (such as pages viewed and actions taken, like submitting our registration form) and may use it in accordance with its own privacy policy, including for its advertising services. You can limit this through your browser's cookie settings and through Ad Preferences in your Meta account.
Advertising Measurement (Google Ads and Meta)
To learn which of our ads lead to real inquiries and new customers, we share conversion information with Google (Google Ads conversion measurement, including Enhanced Conversions for Leads) and Meta (the Conversions API). This includes the fact that you contacted us or became a customer, the date, the total amount paid to us (for customers), the ad click identifier if an ad brought you to us, and your email address and phone number in hashed form (converted into a code before it leaves our systems). Google and Meta use this to match the conversion to an ad interaction and to measure and improve our ads, under their own terms and privacy policies. We do not share session details, your student's information, or card or bank details for this purpose.
Tutors and Staff
We share relevant student details (e.g., name, grade, subjects) with assigned tutors to deliver effective tutoring.
Legal and Safety Reasons
We may share information if required by law or if necessary to protect rights, safety, or prevent fraud.
Business Transfers
If High Performance Tutoring undergoes a merger or acquisition, personal information may be transferred as part of the transaction.

We publish short educational videos to our own YouTube channel, High Performance Tutoring. Our internal systems use YouTube API Services to upload videos that our staff have approved to that channel and to add them to our own playlists. By watching or interacting with our videos on YouTube, you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service. Google's handling of data on YouTube is described in the Google Privacy Policy.
Our use of YouTube API Services is limited to our own channel. The only Google account that authorizes this access is our own business account. We do not use YouTube API Services to access, collect, store, or share information about you, your Google account, or your YouTube activity, and we do not use them to view or analyze information about the people who watch our videos.
The only information we keep from YouTube API Services is the ID of each video we upload, stored with our internal record of that post along with the time we uploaded it. We do not store any other YouTube data. If we delete a video from our channel, we will remove its ID from our records on request; you can make that request, or any other deletion request, using the contact details in Section 16. The authorization credential is kept in our server configuration, is never shared, and can be revoked at any time from Google's security settings page, https://myaccount.google.com/permissions; revoking it stops all access immediately.
Our website may contain links to external websites or services. We are not responsible for their privacy practices. We encourage you to review the privacy policies of any third-party sites you visit.
We may update this Privacy Policy periodically to reflect changes in our services, technologies, or legal requirements. The "Effective Date" above indicates when the Policy was last updated. Continued use of our services after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Policy.
