5.4 Tutor Cancellations
If a tutor cancels within the 6-hour window or if there is significant misconduct or negligence, the client will receive a refund, credit, or the charge will be removed. It is at our discretion to determine what constitutes misconduct or negligence.
5.5 Payment Methods
We accept secure payment by major credit and debit card (processed through Stripe), with financing for test-prep packages available through Affirm. Additional payment methods may be introduced in the future.
6.1 Minimum Session Length
All tutoring sessions are billed for a minimum of one hour.
6.2 Tutor Conduct and Safety
Tutors may end a session early if they experience gross misconduct, harassment, unsafe environments, or situations that cause extreme discomfort. Clients may still be billed for the scheduled time if the tutor's actions were reasonable.
