The 10-hour package is paid up front, and the hours stay on your account until you use them.
Package hours can be used by any student in your family, with any of our tutors.
Stop early and your unused hours become store credit at the package rate. Used 3 of 10 online hours? You keep $420 in credit.
We bill the hours you used at the pay-as-you-go rate and refund the rest. For example, 3 online hours cost $240, so $360 of the $600 comes back to your card.
Free with at least 6 hours' notice, from your account or our app. Sessions cancelled with less notice are charged.
