How Packages and Billing Work

Pay as you go

Keep a card on file and it's charged after each completed session. No contract, no minimum.

Package hours never expire

The 10-hour package is paid up front, and the hours stay on your account until you use them.

Share hours with siblings

Package hours can be used by any student in your family, with any of our tutors.

Unused hours

Stop early and your unused hours become store credit at the package rate. Used 3 of 10 in-person hours? You keep $420 in credit.

Prefer a refund?

We bill the hours you used at the pay-as-you-go rate and refund the rest. For example, 3 in-person hours cost $240, so $360 of the $600 comes back to your card.

Rescheduling and cancelling

Free with at least 6 hours' notice, from your account or our app. Sessions cancelled with less notice are charged.

“Sean has been Kayla's math tutor for 18 months, she went from all C's in 6th grade to straight A's in honors math in 7th. He's always on time and prepared, and we're very appreciative of his commitment to her education.”
