Bio: I am a student at the University of Utah pursuing a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering with a minor in Physics. My passion for math, physics, and chemistry began during my early college courses at NUAMES high school, where I first discovered how exciting these subjects could be. Since then, I’ve enjoyed tutoring high school students and helping them not only solve problems, but also understand how concepts connect to one another and where they came from. I believe students learn best when they can see the bigger picture, and I strive to make math and science approachable, engaging, and relevant. As a tutor, my goal is to build confidence and replace fear of these subjects with curiosity and understanding. I take time to adapt my teaching to each student’s learning style, making sure they gain both the skills to solve problems and the tools to think critically. Nothing is more rewarding than seeing a student move from doubt to mastery, and I am committed to making that journey as supportive and encouraging as possible.
