Bio: Hi all, I'm a tutor and professor with over 20 years of experience teaching students in math and science. Most recently, I graduated from UC San Diego with a Ph.D. in theoretical nuclear astrophysics. Before that I also completed an A.A. in Computer & Information Science and a B.A. in Physics with minor in Math. My general approach is that practice makes perfect. However, I find it a positive challenge to learn how each individual student learns and deals with problems differently. Besides doing STEM, I like playing my guitar and shooting hoops with the basketball.
