Bio: I am currently an assistant professor of global public health, where I teach courses in applied biostatistics, epidemiology, and global environmental health. I received my master’s and doctoral degrees in public health from Saint Louis University. where I studied the epidemiology of emerging infectious diseases. I have been teaching university courses for over five years at both the undergraduate and graduate levels. I especially enjoy distilling complex topics into more simple forms, dispelling the idea that statistics is scary, and sharing my passion with science through teaching.

Subjects: Biostatistics, Environmental Science, Ecology, SPSS, R Programming, SAS

Experience at High Performance Tutoring: Brett is new to High Performance Tutoring but has lots of prior tutoring experience. Brett was hired because he demonstrated a high level of subject expertise, is great at explaining things clearly, and has a delightful personality.
